Cultivated in a draining soil, romanesco broccoli does’t need richness in terms of nutrients during the growth phase.

It is planted in early summer and is available from September to March. Being a Mediterranean plant it prefers a temperate and cool climate, in a particularly sunny position.

You can buy the product in a plastic or wooden box. Store in a cool and dry place.
